Ukraine hits Russia's largest refinery in one of its deepest strikes yet | DW News

Ukrainian drones struck Russia's biggest oil refinery in Omsk, in southwestern Siberia. It was one of the furthest Ukrainian strikes since the beginning of the war. DW's Anthony Howard spoke to Brian Whitmore, a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, to find out where the war is heading and whether there is anywhere in Russia that is now safe from Ukrainian attacks.
