Feeding off the confusion of an impending fertility crisis and men’s anxieties for their future, influencers and an industry of wellness coaches have sprung up online, coaching men on how to maximise their sperm counts.
Some men incorporate unproven protocols to up their counts, including red light therapy, icing the "genital areas", and even fertility medication "stacks", which could have harmful side effects.
