Nigel Farage has announced plans to evict foreign nationals from council housing under a Reform UK government, giving migrants just three months to move into private accommodation or risk deportation. The policy would prioritise veterans, long-term residents and vulnerable groups for social housing.
Critics argue the plan would require major enforcement measures and could lead to large-scale removals. The announcement comes amid heightened political debate ahead of the Makerfield by-election, which also coincided with the Royal Family’s Trooping the Colour celebrations.
