This week we head up the hill to tackle something we've been wanting to do for a while. A hidden spot on the property, overgrown with brambles, is hiding an old stone basin that we believe was once used to grow watercress, a cressonnière as they're called in French. Before we can clean it up properly and get machines up here, we need a path. With some extra helping hands this week, Philippe doesn't have to do it alone. Along the way the family helps sort out the concrete pipes we've been collecting and put them to creative use, we add compost bays based on your suggestions, and harvest hazelnut rods as a free alternative to metal hoops for the strawberry beds. We also share the real numbers after putting the Zendure SolarFlow 2400 Pro to the test for three months.
