This Is One of the Most Beautiful Katanas I’ve Ever Made!
https://knivesproject.com/ 🔪 — the shop where every knife is crafted with care, character, and the spirit of true craftsmanship! ⚒️
I forged a razor sharp katana from an old railway steel track and built a custom handmade handle from wood and emerald green epoxy resin. In this full sword-making process, you will see hot forging, clay hardening for the hamon line, brass tsuba casting, blade polishing, sharpening, and the final cutting test on watermelons and vegetables. This is one of my most beautiful handmade katanas so far!
