We’re keeping things simple and focusing on consistency, protein, daily movement, and healthier habits.
Ashley’s goal is to work her way up to walking 1 mile each day. Today she completed 11 minutes on the walking pad and reached half a mile—a great start and an important first step.
This journey isn’t about being perfect.
