🚨 THEY TOOK $928 MILLION FROM YOU.
This isn't conspiracy. This is documented.
California's cap-and-trade gas tax — the hidden $2-per-gallon you pay at the pump — was supposed to fund GREEN ENERGY for poor people.
Solar panels. Clean air. Saving the planet.
That was the pitch.
Here's the reality.
ONE BILLION DOLLARS went to a nonprofit network called Grid Alternatives + SOMAH.
Of that BILLION — only $72 MILLION became actual solar panels.
That's 7%.
$928 MILLION is UNACCOUNTED FOR.
So I drove down to their front door.
Long Beach Avenue. Downtown LA. The same block where I called 911.
They had it BARRICADED. Black plastic. No buzzer.
I called Anthony Romero. Voicemail.
I called Ashley Perez. She HUNG UP.
But an employee — Kenny — almost cracked.
I asked: "Do you knock on doors for voter registration?"
His answer wasn't no.
His answer was — quote — "It's not really my place to answer that."
That's not a denial. That's the smoking gun.
🔍 WHAT I FOUND:
In 2015, an org called CEJA helped write AB 693 — the law that CREATED the billion-dollar SOMAH program.
Then CEJA secured the CONTRACT to run outreach FOR that same program.
A nonprofit wrote the law. Then awarded itself the contract.
But it gets worse.
CEJA has a sister org — CEJA Action — a 501(c)(4) political committee.
CEJA Action endorsed:
✅ 24 progressive Democrats in 2024
✅ 19 progressive Democrats in 2022
✅ 14 progressive Democrats in 2020
100% Democrat. Every cycle.
CEJA Action knocks on doors in the EXACT SAME neighborhoods where Grid Alternatives is supposedly "installing solar."
Same staff. Same database. Same offices.
You — at the gas pump — are funding both.
🔥 STEVE HILTON: "$928 million has been STOLEN. Your money. Do you know where it's gone? Voter registration. By leftist groups supporting the Democratic Party."
🔥 JENNY RAE LE ROUX (CAL DOGE): "CEJA wrote the law that created this program, got the contract to run outreach under it, and then its political arm showed up in the same neighborhoods with voter guides. The CPUC must open a full audit."
