In this video I talk about self doubt, and how I'm slowly overcoming it. Over this year, I've been stacking training and building confidence through consistent workouts and races. I've run PRs and gotten a win, but it's still hard to feel like I fully belong. I go into my mindset, show a few days of training, and share my hardest (and best) workout of the year. Only a little over a week until the US 4 Mile Championships. I can't wait!
