Feroz Khan: South Africa is once again gripped by controversy after Major General Feroz Khan approached the Gauteng High Court following his dramatic arrest. Authorities seized multiple devices including iPhones, a Samsung Galaxy S21, an iPad, firearms and ammunition during the operation.

Now, Khan claims the information stored on those devices could expose sensitive investigations involving political killings, assassinations, gang violence, vehicle smuggling and drug trafficking. He argues that investigators should not access, download or perform forensic analysis on the devices because leaked information could allegedly place undercover operatives and investigators in danger.
