I Attempted Homemade Congee (With ZERO Experience)

I attempted homemade congee (or jook) with absolutely zero experience… and somehow ended up making... Instant shrimp & crabstick congee, proper Cantonese-style chicken congee, dessert congee in a rice cooker with black sesame lava rice balls!

I also discovered giant fried dough sticks dunked into congee might be one of the greatest comfort foods ever!
