Over the next 5 days, we ate our way through Japan’s Kitchen, from iconic takoyaki in Dotonbori, a 15-course omakase, wagyu beef bentos, late-night ramen, Okinawan soba, café hopping, and the BEST Japanese curry I’ve ever had in my life.
