The Bakery Behind Stockholm’s Best Cafés

We’re visiting Bagari Kompass, a small artisan bakery located just outside central Stockholm. Known for supplying some of Stockholm’s most loved cafés, the bakery has become especially popular for its viral pistachio buns!

In this video, we’re following a full day inside the bakery, from the early morning bread shift to shaping croissants. We also visit Komet Cafe and Café Pascal, one of Stockholm’s most respected specialty coffee cafés, to see how their coffee is roasted and packed.
