Arrow Electronics has signed a distribution agreement with Usercentrics, expanding its privacy and consent management offering for channel partners across Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. The deal adds Cookiebot CMP, part of Usercentrics’ privacy portfolio, to Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business, supporting organisations as they navigate evolving privacy regulations while maintaining effective digital marketing and data‑driven operations.
Through the agreement, Arrow’s channel partners gain access to Usercentrics’ consent management platform, enabling customers to manage user consent and support compliance with global privacy requirements, including GDPR. The platform simplifies the deployment of privacy controls across websites and digital properties and supports major consent signal frameworks, including Google Consent Mode v2, Amazon Consent Signal, and Microsoft UET Consent Mode. It also integrates with widely used content management systems and marketing technologies, helping organisations balance regulatory obligations with marketing performance.
The addition of Usercentrics enhances Arrow’s security, data governance and compliance portfolio, giving partners access to technologies designed to help customers build trust while maintaining visibility and control over personal data.
Mike Worby, head of strategic alliances EMEA at Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business, said, “Privacy has gone beyond compliance to become a business imperative. Organisations need solutions that help them meet regulatory requirements without compromising customer experience or digital marketing performance. Usercentrics gives our channel partners access to a market‑leading consent management platform that supports both objectives, enabling them to help customers build trust while protecting the value of their digital investments.”
Donna Dror, CEO at Usercentrics, said, “Arrow’s reach, together with its expertise in supporting channel partners, makes it an excellent distributor for Usercentrics. As privacy requirements continue to evolve, organisations are looking for trusted partners that can help them implement scalable consent management solutions. Together, we will help channel partners address growing customer demand for privacy‑first digital experiences.”
Usercentrics supports more than 5,000 channel partners globally and provides automated consent management technology designed to help organisations comply with regulations including GDPR, CCPA and the Digital Markets Act. Its platform offers configurable consent experiences, analytics, A/B testing capabilities and integrations with leading marketing and website technologies.
