Salma Hayek's stepson, François Pinault Jr., has welcomed his first child with his partner, Countess Lara Cosima Henckel von Donnersmarck, after keeping her pregnancy tightly under wraps.
Lara took to Instagram on Wednesday to share several photos of their newborn, and seemingly confirmed that she had secretly tied the knot with the Kering heir. "My husband (the world's coolest François) and our son (the world's cutest François)...our first month as parents," she wrote in the caption.
The first photo saw Lara lying on a picnic blanket with her baby sleeping by her side, followed by a snap of the 23-year-old sitting on a stone step with her child in her arms.
A third picture featured François holding their son in his arms next to his father, François-Henri Pinault, who has been married to Salma since 2009 and shares his youngest daughter, Valentina, with her.
Salma's family joy
Lara also included a photo of Salma holding baby François in her arms, as his dad looked on lovingly behind her.
Salma shares a close bond with her stepchildren, as she previously told Red. "I always wanted to have a lot of children, and I was not able to," she explained. "My body, as a miracle, had one. The huge blessing I've had is that my husband has three other children. So I have four. And they are all so different."
François-Henri, who is the former CEO of Kering – the luxury group responsible for brands like Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen and Bottega Veneta – shares his four children with three different women.
He welcomed François Jr. and Mathilde with his former wife, French designer Dorothée Lepère, and his son Augustin James with his former partner, supermodel Linda Evangelista. He then welcomed Valentina with Salma in 2007, and is a doting dad to his four kids.
Lara's incredible lineage
Lara also comes from a prominent family, being the daughter of Oscar-winning director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck and lawyer Christiane Asschenfeldt.
Her grandfather was Count Leo-Ferdinand Henckel von Donnersmarck, the former president of the German division of the Order of Malta.
She rose to fame in 2023 after stealing the show at Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris, where she stunned in a Jean Paul Gaultier gown and a sparkling tiara.
Lara landed an internship at Dior, and can often be spotted at fashion shows across the world. She is also a social media star, and has built a large following thanks to her "Get Ready With Me" videos. Lara's brother, Count Leo Henckel von Donnersmarck, was Apple Martin's date to Le Bal in 2024.
Their secret wedding revealed
Meanwhile, the social media star seemed to confirm that she had secretly married François Jr, just months after announcing their engagement in a social media post, having changed her Instagram handle to include his last name.
Lara shared a photobooth snap of the duo in March alongside a digital card and a caption that read: "Got engaged to my best friend and the coolest boy in the world." Lara's friends rushed to the comment section to share the love, with Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece sharing heart emojis, while Olympic champion Eileen Gu added: "MY LOVE!!!!... CONGRATULATIONS OMG."
