Fresh grocery shopping is getting a little easier for Singapore households as foodpanda introduces its new Freshness Guaranteed promise on pandamart, alongside discounts of up to 50% on selected fresh grocery favourites.
From 10 to 23 August 2026, customers can enjoy promotions across fresh produce, meat, seafood, dairy and other grocery essentials, whether they are doing a weekly restock, preparing ingredients for dinner or making a last-minute top up.
The new Freshness Guaranteed promise is designed to give customers added assurance when ordering fresh groceries. foodpanda says the initiative builds on its existing processes, including working with selected suppliers, maintaining quality storage practices and having trained pickers hand select fresh items for each order.
The programme currently covers five fresh categories on pandamart: fresh produce including fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood, dairy, chilled products and eggs, bread and bakery, and ready to eat meals.
Customers can request a refund within 24 hours if an eligible fresh item does not meet expectations. Eligible issues include damaged or spoiled produce, broken eggs or leaking packaging, expired products or items with an unusually short shelf life, as well as concerns over ripeness, texture or taste.
The initiative also recognises that freshness can depend on when customers plan to use their groceries. An avocado needed for lunch, for example, may need a different level of ripeness from one being saved for a weekend meal.
Alongside the new promise, foodpanda is running a two-week fresh grocery promotion with savings of up to 50% on selected products.
From 10 to 16 August, the first week focuses on everyday essentials. Deals include 50% off brightfarms Chicken Whole Medium Portion cut 1050g, Buy-1-Free-1 on Hai Sia Seafood Serve Fresh Grey Vannamei Prawns 200g, Buy-2-Save-50% on brightfarms Durian Red Prawn 400g, Buy-2-Save-50% on Masco Fresh Pandan Coconut Water 250ml, and 35% off Kyoho Grape Korea 450g.
Additional promotions will be available across eggs, milk, fresh produce and dairy.
The second week, running from 17 to 23 August, shifts the focus to ingredients for family meals and fuller fridge restocks. Customers can find deals including 50% off brightfarms Premium Black Thorn Durian 400g, 40% off Driscoll’s Strawberries 250g, Buy-1-Free-1 on brightfarms Boneless Chicken Breast Halal 200g, Buy-1-Free-1 on Serve by Hai Sia Seafood Tiger Prawn 200g, and Buy 2 Save 30% on Chobani Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt 160g.
More offers will also be available across meat, seafood, fresh produce, dairy, chilled products and eggs throughout the campaign.
