Rescue efforts continue after Japan earthquake | #RTENews
A 7.1 magnitude earthquake has killed at least 13 people near the southern Japanese city of Kumamoto.
Eight people, including two dead women in their 20s, were pulled from the rubble of a partially collapsed shopping centre, which was torn apart by an apparent explosion about an hour after the earthquake.
Rescue efforts are continuing.
