Genesis and Vault merge into Australia’s third-largest gold miner

Australian firms Genesis Minerals and Vault Minerals have agreed to merge through a scheme of arrangement, creating what the companies expect will be Australia’s third-largest listed gold miner and a top-20 global gold producer by market capitalisation.
