The Isle of Man has unveiled a food hygiene ratings system to give consumers greater confidence and encourage high standards.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture's (DEFA) Food Hygiene Scheme will cover more than 300 cafés, restaurants, takeaways, and pubs that serve meals.
