Live from Iran as talks to end the war falter
Both sides say the ceasefire between the US and Iran remains in place. But that line feels ever less grounded in reality.
Iran launched drone strikes on Kuwait, killing one person and leaving dozens injured. Tehran said its strikes were retaliation for US attacks on an Iranian oil tanker and Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz.
US Central Command claimed it was responding to attacks by Iran. On the diplomatic front, there seems little sign of progress towards a deal.
