Lacson: Ombudsman raps vs senators ‘vindication’ of flood control report
MANILA, Philippines – Former Senate blue ribbon committee (BRC) head Sen. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson said on Wednesday that the charges to be filed against senators linked to the flood control scandal are a “vindication” of his report on the matter.
