SKIMS appoints Senior Director of Retail for EMEA ahead of UK flagship opening
Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS has appointed Judy Genovese as its new Senior Director of Retail EMEA ahead of the opening of its first UK flagship store on London's Regent Street this summer.
Her new role will see Genovese lead the brand’s retail operations across the EMEA region, with responsibilities for driving in-store performance, new market expansion and team development.
She will also be working closely with EMEA President Robin Gendron, as well as the brand's global retail leadership, to build the infrastructure and operating model that will define the company's physical retail presence in Europe and beyond.
This is not the first time she has worked for a major underwear brand. For almost 10 years, she held senior retail leadership positions at Victoria’s Secret before joining Ralph Lauren as Director of Stores.
Prior to joining SKIMS, she worked at the retail workforce management tool StoreForce.
"Thrilled to share that I'm joining SKIMS as Senior Director of Retail EMEA," Genovese shared in a LinkedIn post.
"SKIMS is a brand with real momentum, and the EMEA expansion is just getting started. There's a lot to build, and I'm eager to be leading the retail team doing it."
Last week, TheIndustry.fashion reported that SKIMS had put up branded hoardings on its new flagship store at 245-247 Regent Street in London ahead of its highly anticipated summer 2026 opening.
An opening date has yet to be revealed, but the appearance of the hoardings suggests the grand launch is imminent.
It was first reported that SKIMS had signed a 10-year lease on the 12,000 sq ft store, previously occupied by Ted Baker, in May 2025.
