Cayetano: Senators plotted to stop dela Rosa from attending plenary
MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano said that senators may have plotted to stop Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa from attending the plenary session on Monday as shown by initial investigations.
