Tragedy as man and woman found dead at Doncaster home
A couple have been found dead at a property in Doncaster, with police keeping an open mind over the circumstances surrounding their deaths.Officers were called to a property on Brockenhurst Road in Hatfield at around 7.50pm on Sunday, April 26, following a report of two people with serious injuries. Upon arrival, they found an 82-year-old man and a 78-year-old woman, both of whom were pronounced dead at the scene.Family members have been informed and are being supported by family liaison officers. They have asked for their privacy to be respected during this extremely difficult time.Detective Chief Inspector Ben Wood, the senior investigating officer, said: "Our investigation is ongoing and we are working hard to understand the circumstances surrounding what happened.
