Food flub: According to the ABC this morning, more than one-third of all Australians are seeking food relief for the first time. Astonishing if true. But doesn’t that sound just a touch… high to you?
In an article published on Thursday, the ABC reported on Oz Harvest’s annual Frontline Report, which this year surveyed about 875 food charities across Australia.
Part of the report states that “36% of people were accessing food relief for the first time”, which is where the ABC got its headline.
