One of Lisbon’s Best Burger Joints Is Coming to London
Dallas Burger is setting up shop in ShoreditchShoreditch is becoming something of a burger hub – hyped burger joint Meat Stop is slinging buns out of the Commercial Tavern, Parisian spot Dumbo chose the neighbourhood for its first London location, Burger & Beyond has a branch on Shoreditch High Street, and now Lisbon’s Dallas Burger is opening just down the road, on the corner of Shoreditch High Street and Rivington Street.Dallas is part of hospo group Vida Plena, which runs 13 restaurants across Lisbon, including seafood grill Rosamar, Middle Eastern tavern Farès, pasta restaurant Leonetta, pizza spot Coppola and four branches of Dallas across the city. 100% grass-fed, freshly-made beef burgers are the name of the game at Dallas, with options including the Classic Cheeseburger (with cheddar, lettuce, chopped onions, pickles & Dallas sauce), the Truffle Mushroom (with sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, rocket salad & truffle mayo), and the Italian Summer (with balsamic vinegar, rocket salad, roasted marinated tomato, grilled zucchini, parmesan & basil mayo).We don’t have a menu for the Shoreditch site as yet but we’d expect it to be pretty similar to what’s on offer in Lisbon.Key InformationOpening date | April 2026Address | 138-139 Shoreditch High St, London E1 6JEFor more information | @dallasburger.joint
