BBC apologises after not editing out racial slur heard during BAFTAs
The BBC is under fire for not editing out a racial slur shouted by a man with Tourette’s syndrome from its broadcast of last night’s Baftas.
It has apologised for any offence caused but offered no explanation.
The broadcaster did, however, edit out an award winner’s ‘Free Palestine’ comment from his speech.
