Basyang weakens into a tropical depression
MANILA, Philippines — Basyang (international name: Penha) has weakened into a tropical depression as it moves toward Bicol, the state weather bureau said Friday. As of 10 a.m., Basyang was over the coastal waters of Anda, Bohol, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
