CEBU CITY, Philippines — A star-studded mix of NCAA, UAAP, and professional Cebuano standouts will take to the hardcourt in the Cebu City Christmas Basketball Tournament on Tuesday, December 16, in the Cebu City Sports Institute in Barangay Sawang Calero. Topping the lineup is Jonathan Moses “Titing” Manalili of the Letran Knights, the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s (NCAA) newly crowned Rookie of the Year and Freshman of the Year.
