Tonyboy Liao named new PNVF president, replacing Tats Suzara
MANILA, Philippines — Anthony “Tonyboy” Liao has been elected as the new Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) president. Liao succeeded former PNVF president Ramon “Tats” Suzara after the elections and general assembly on Friday at the Vault Bonifacio Global City. He will lead the 2025-27 PNVF board.
