Ford Offers Employee Pricing For All US Buyers Just Before It All Goes Sideways

Customers can now save thousands on certain Ford and Lincoln vehicles https://www.carscoops.com/author/mikecarscoops-com/ by Michael Gauthier Ford has brought back its popular employee pricing program, despite Trump’s tariffs. It can save customers thousands of dollars on a new 2024 or 2025 Ford or Lincoln vehicle. Raptors are excluded from the program as are Super Duty trucks and the new Navigator. Nothing says recession quite like employee pricing for everyone, so it’s fitting that Ford has announced the program’s return on the same day the stock market has plunged more than 1,430 points in response to President Trump’s devastating tariffs. In a glorified blog post, not deemed worthy enough for their media site, Ford’s director of U.S. sales said “In times like these, talk is cheap.” Rob Kaffl went on to say “For 121 years, we’ve put our money where our mouth is, assembling vehicles that Americans rely on and supporting American jobs. Today, I’m proud to announce a new U.S. initiative that’s more than just a promotion – it’s a handshake deal with every American.” More: 2025 Lincoln Navigator Debuts With New Split Gate And 48-Inch Display That deal is employee pricing for everyone and it applies to an assortment of 2024 and 2025 Ford and Lincoln vehicles. However, some models aren’t eligible including the redesigned Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator as well as Super Duty pickups. The exclusions don’t end there as Raptors are persona non grata as are “specialty Mustang and Bronco vehicles.” While that’s a bit of a bummer, you can still score a deal on the facelifted Bronco Sport and Maverick as well as most versions of the F-150. Of course, with the former two models being made in Mexico, you might want to act fast. That’s also true of the Mustang Mach-E. Savings will vary, but the employee discount usually knocks a couple thousand off the sticker price. In the case of a $40,375 Bronco Sport Badlands from 2024, A/Z-Plan pricing is $37,705. That’s just one example, but Ford is using the incentive to highlight its American ties. As the company noted, they employ more hourly U.S. autoworkers than anyone else.
