Faded Crisis Fragment: Dropped by Jamanra the Abomination in the Copper Citadel.

Once you have all three fragments, you can insert them into the door at the Burning Monolith, unlocking the way to face the Arbiter of Ash.
How to Defeat The Arbiter of Ash
Preparation and Key Stats
The Arbiter of Ash is not a fight that can be taken lightly. With over 7 million health and numerous devastating attacks, you’ll need to prepare your build and gear for this confrontation. Here are some essential stats and abilities to focus on:
Movement Speed: This is crucial, as avoiding the Arbiter’s many area-of-effect (AoE) attacks requires quick reflexes and mobility.
Maximum Life and Energy Shield: A large effective health pool is vital for surviving the Arbiter’s brutal strikes.
Acrobatics: This passive skill grants the ability to dodge attacks, including the Arbiter's deadly AoE abilities.
Dodge Roll Distance: The Surefooted Sigil amulet adds extra distance to your dodge roll, increasing mobility and providing a better chance of evading attacks.
Maximum Fire Resistance: Since most of the Arbiter’s attacks are fire-based, pushing your fire resistance beyond the standard cap of 75% will help reduce incoming damage.
The Fight: Phases and Mechanics
Phase 1: The Opening Salvo
The Arbiter begins the fight by unleashing a devastating fire beam that cuts through the center of the circular platform. You can avoid this by flanking him and taking advantage of the safe areas to deal damage. Once the beam subsides, he will switch to fire projectiles that scatter across the arena, forcing you to move quickly and carefully to avoid damage.
Firebomb Dash: One of the Arbiter’s key attacks involves him dashing around the arena and summoning firebombs. These bombs fall in random locations on the platform, and you’ll need to move to the circles beneath them to avoid being hit when they explode. Stay alert and move quickly to dodge the damage.
Phase 2: The Real Fight Begins
At around 55% health, the Arbiter pulls out his sword and significantly increases the intensity of his attacks. Here’s where the true difficulty lies.
Firebombs and Beams: In this phase, the Arbiter summons firebombs once more, but this time he also shoots a wide beam of fire that will instantly kill you if you get caught in it. The trick here is to time your movement perfectly so you can enter the safe zone beneath the firebomb just before the beam strikes. After dodging, be ready to quickly move out again as the Arbiter will follow up with a slam attack that can do substantial damage.
Wave of Fire: The Arbiter will send out waves of fire, leaving only a narrow lane of safety marked by two blue lines. You need to rush into this lane before the waves close in, or you’ll be obliterated. The timing here is crucial, as the safe lane barely gives you enough time to move to safety. This is where the dodge roll distance and movement speed buffs will help you avoid getting hit.
Phase 3: The Orb Mechanics
As the Arbiter’s health reaches even lower levels, he’ll summon two orbs, one blue and one purple. The blue orb will cover the platform in frost, slowing and chilling you. To clear the chilling effect, you’ll need to reach the purple orb, which will explode and banish the ice. Timing and positioning are key here to POE2 Currency for sale avoid the slowdown while dealing with the Arbiter's attacks.
