The last part of the final raid for this game's current Shadowlands expansion, known as the Sepulcher of WoTLK Gold the First Ones, will unlock at the end of March. Blizzard would not let players play the final battle in the game's test realm, meaning boss mechanics and story details (including hints as to where the game's story will follow) aren't yet clear.
Based on recent comments from Blizzard fans have speculated that the next expansion will bring players to Azeroth following the cosmic afterlife adventure of Shadowlands. Typically, the game's next expansion is revealed long before the final raid to the game's current expansion as Blizzard typically would announce new content at the annually held BlizzCon gathering in November. Instead, 2021 saw a BlizzConline event, and there was a similar in 2022's early stages. This didn't actually come to be, and this year's BlizzCon was cancelled due to reasons such as the current COVID-19 pandemic and the latest sexual harassment and discrimination lawsuits. Blizzard has confirmed that they will take this time typically used in making plans for the event instead to envision its future.
A mobile Blizzard World of Warcraft game has been in development for a while now. What it'll be isn't clear, but Blizzard has made the crucial distinction of stating that the game will be located within the World of Warcraft universe but isn't directly tied with World of Warcraft proper.
WoW Classic Files Indicate Wrath Of The Lich King Classic Could be In The Works
World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic and WoW Classic Season of Mastery are currently in full swing and if the new files that refer to games' Wrath of the Lich King expansion are any indication the future isn't that long before Blizzard introduces yet another means to allow players to go back to the glory days of the game.
According to MMO-Champion, a recent release of the Burning Crusade Classic build pushed onto the game's patch server hints to suggest that Wrath of the Lich King Classic might be on its coming. A new file folder has been discovered in the game's client called "Interface-Wrath" that has been updated with changes specific to that Wrath of buy WoTLK Gold the Lich King expansion. This includes support for the new Deathknight class on the character creation screen and blue buttons for the interface in the log-in screen.
