Cape Town-based fashion brand Gabriela Charlotte unveils FW2026: a collection born on the road, rooted in Africa, and designed to be lived in.Inspired by travels through the Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, Kenya, Uganda, and Mozambique, FW2026 is a tactile and visual love letter to the African continent, shaped by lived experience within it rather than viewed from the outside looking in. With rust tones that mirror the earth beneath long roads. Deep greens echo the bushveld. Gold reflects sunsets stretching endlessly across open horizons. Safari-inspired silhouettes meet layered textures, flowing fabrics, fringe detailing, and Afrocentric textiles designed for movement, adaptability, and real life. Every piece is handmade in Cape Town through Glow Creative Studios, the brand's own production studio and creative hub, available made-to-order and through select stockists. The studio upcycles textiles, repurposes production scraps into accessories, and sources materials secondhand wherever possible."For me, it's deeply important to create work that exists beyond the runway," says founder Gabriela Charlotte.
